What should we know about the Wedding Day?
Both the ceremony and the Reception will be indoors in Panama's Casco Viejo.
Valet parking will be available at the American Trade Hotel and Hall, our Reception venue. The ceremony is a short two-minute walk from there, and after the ceremony, all guests are invited to walk together with the bride and groom back to the American Trade Hotel and Hall for the Reception.

What is the dress code?
For our Welcome Party, the dress code is cocktail attire.
For our Wedding Day, both for the ceremony and the Reception, the dress code is black tie. We kindly ask gentlemen to wear tuxedos, and ladies to wear floor-length gowns or formal evening attire.
Please note that both venues are fully air-conditioned, and the walk between the ceremony and the Reception is a brief two minutes.

Is there a color we should avoid wearing?
Yes. Out of courtesy to the bride, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, beige, or similar neutral tones at any event.
Is the celebration adults-only?
Our celebration will be adults-only, with the exception of the children participating in the wedding ceremony itself. We kindly ask that all other little ones be left at home for the evening so that everyone, parents included, can fully enjoy the festivities.
Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Our Reception will feature a buffet with a variety of options thoughtfully curated to accommodate a range of dietary needs. While we cannot guarantee every restriction can be met, we hope there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
Will the ceremony be in English or Spanish?
The ceremony will be conducted in Spanish. We want all of our guests, regardless of their native language, to feel fully present and connected during this meaningful moment, and so we will share a bilingual program that everyone can follow along with comfortably.
Where should I book hair and makeup?
Panama City has a wonderful selection of talented hair and makeup artists, but appointments fill up quickly, especially during wedding weekends. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible, ideally several months in advance.
Most salons in Panama operate primarily through Instagram and WhatsApp, so reaching out via either platform is the best way to secure an appointment.
